The renowned house of ale invites you to experience a pleasant time in the traditional Old Czech restaurant. In five stylish halls on three storeys, the pleasant outside seating arrangement as well as garden area at the bottom foundations of the Church of Our Lady of the Snow we offer first class traditionally drawn beer, the so-called hladinka (flat-head beer) and Old Czech specialties chosen from 19th century recipes.
- Pinkas Cellar – Ice House and Pinkas Cellar with Gothic and Renaissance foundations offer the services of a classical beer house, unique in Central Europe! Up to 60 guests at a time can try out the traditional specialties of Czech cuisine. Open daily from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
- Lower House – The traditional premises of a beer house on the right side of the ground floor, the so-called Lower House, have been preserved almost unchanged as indeed it would be remembered by its past regular guests – Messrs. Palacký, Jungmann, Masaryk, Werich and Voskovec, Hrabal, Hrušínský and others. Excellent beer from Plzeňský Prazdroj /the so-called “Flat Head” Beer/ is served here from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. It has capacity for 35 seated and 20 standing guests who can also enjoy Pinkas goulash, tripe soup and other sought after beer delicacies and specialities of Czech cuisine. In the summer period, guests can make use of the pleasant outside seating area.
- Upper House – A beer bar, restaurant premises of the Upper House and Brabec Lounge, open from noon to midnight, offering up to 70 seats for guests or the opportunity of holding buffet style events owing to the possibility of interconnecting these rooms. The Brabec Lounge itself is perfect for private parties, whether these are family celebrations or business events.
- Home – Old Czech restaurant called Home on the first storey, open from noon to midnight, offering period meals prepared according to original recipes from the late 19th century. An unusually homely atmosphere accompanies lunches, dinners as well as business meetings. Its capacity together with the adjoining lounge is 50 seats.
- Vavrinec Kitchen - The Vavrinec Kitchen on the ground floor offering quick and affordable lunch meals during the period from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. is based on the principles of traditional Czech cuisine as well as the principles of a modern healthy diet. After these hours until 11 p.m., the premises with the capacity of 40 seats are used as a non-smoking beer house which obviously offers a variety of hot meals and beer specialties.
