Town Žatec
The Žatec Gate was build in 1500 as stated in one of the three Latin inscriptions on the front facade. It was not a gate in all intents and purposes – that one was situated a little more to the east on Žatecká streer and the date of its demolition is not known. Today’s Žatec Gate was situated in front of the original gate.

Uherské Hradiště
The rich history of the royal town of Uherské Hradiště reaches back to distant past. Long before the place was settled, favorable climatic conditions along with fertile soil had made it predestined for settlement. The archeological finds suggest that the primeval people had been living here since the early stone age.

town Horšovský Týn
The market settlement was founded on the right wing of the river Radbuza in the 10th century. On the opposite waterside, the archibishop John II. of Drazice founded a Gothic fold in the years 1258-1278. The castle guarded a pathway and became an administrative centre of the episcopal property.
