The Příbram mining museum, founded in 1886, is the largest mining museum in the Czech Republic. It has more than 40 permanent exhibitions situated in the historic, protected monument buildings of the Ševčinský, Vojtěšský, Anenský, and Drkolnovský mines. It is a renewed historical railway track, constructed after 1884 for transport of silver and lead ore. The Mining Museum Příbram put a unique technical attraction for children and adults into operation in September 2006 – a new track of the miners’ train on the premises of Ševčinský Mine on Březové Mountains.
