Luční bouda is situated in one of the outstanding places in Krkonoše National Park – it stands on the Meadow Mountain (Luční hora) plateau, overlooking the highest Czech mountain, Sněžka.

Žižkov TV Tower is 216m tall and is the highest construction in Prague. The observation cabins are located in 93m and in good weather the range of vision can be up to 100km. The tower was built in 1985 to 1992. It was designed by the architect Václav Aulický and the structural engineer Jiří Kozák.
