Dalešice brewery was probably founded in the late 16th century. The Moravian plate placing undoubted existence of the brewery in 1609, when there was nobility George of Nachod. The oldest parts of the current complex of buildings dating from the early Baroque period, ie 17th century, which reveal a particularly massive stone walls, types of vaults and stone window jambs. It was a small brewery where all the work was carried out manually, the exhibition was designed basically for the needs of his own estate, and such was around a few (eg Myslibořice, Rouchovany, Vladislav).
In 1882 he bought the whole estate with Dalešická myslibořickým important Austro-Hungarian entrepreneur Baron Anton Dreher as its first acquisition in the Czech lands. At that time he was already the owner of the largest brewery in the Empire - Schwechat near Vienna, as well as a brewery in Pest in Trieste, Italy. In 1894 and 1896 he bought another brewery in Brumově-Bylnice and also built a brewery in Saaz. Dalešice brewery immediately after purchase significantly expanded and modernized, added the malting tower, a new fridge and brewhouse. He led the way to industrial brewing and malting, transmission lines on a steam-engine propulsion and other technical achievements, which largely operate continuously up to 70 20th Century. Technology varna (or at least some parts of) delivered firm R. Nietsche from Olomouc. At this time, therefore, was so characteristic building with two chimneys, which still form, and as we all hope will be a long time to form, one of the landmarks of the town. Held Dreherovy families left the estate until the first land reform in the first half of the 20th 20th century, when the so-called democratic Czechoslovakia vyvlastňovalo land and industrial enterprises and functional units of parcelovalo in cooperative shares. Own-account Dreher brewery baron ran only until 1877 and replaced it with brewers p Estl, Mr. Frey and Mr. Kittl. The latter in that year rented the entire operation, and held it in 1889. In the years 1889-1900 he was the tenant Mr. Joseph Uchytil and after his death his brother Rudolf.
